I grew up on Long Island in New York and received my education from Fordham University where I received an MBA and Law Degree.

After 10 years in the trust department of Chase Manhattan Bank, my wife Anne and I moved to Oro Valley in 1977 with our two young boys Dennis and Jonathan. Our daughter Patricia was born here. All three of our children are grown and have made their homes in Phoenix, Los Angeles and Chicago.

I have my own Tucson law practice with a focus on real estate, corporate and estate planning which I started in 2005 after working as in house legal counsel for a Phoenix/Developer Investment Company.
